Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa

I always love to pamper myself each and every free time that i had. Hence, paying a visit to spa is the best option i've ever take. Who doesn't love the princess' treatment? :p

I have been to numerous spas and most of them in Klang Valley. Found some good spas, some not so satisfactory spa, etc. I would really love to share my experiences visiting all the spas, but i guess i will share this one spa that i feel i will be coming back for several times in the future.

Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa was owned by Mustika Ratu. My mom and I has been using their product for years. I still remember tagging along my mom when she went for her spa time when i was young. Previously it was only a small salon with limited service provided. After their refurbishment in 2009, launched by Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, it has now a totally different look.

The interior of the spa. Cool!

Each and every corner was designed in Balinese style..

Manicure & Foot Massage Area

Served with refreshing honey lemon tea upon arrival.

I did not take any pictures of the spa room as i was too excited to get my treatment done (hehe). What i can say is, it was lovely~

I signed up as member on that day, so i received a complimentary spa package inclusive of massage, scrub and milk bath as well as complimentary deep cleansing facial and sauna. As i brought my mom (now its my turn to treat her back), i put her into a 3.5 hours spa package. Price-wise? Not as expensive as Mandara but not that cheap. But it was worth every penny!

My treatment went well. I really felt like a royal member and my mom was so happy too. I will definitely come again especially for my bridal package~ :P

Lots of luv,

Soya Drive-Thru!

I went back to Perak last weekend for my April's melody (read previous post). As we hang out in Ipoh, i was brought for lunch in Ipoh town. I had my 'Nasi Ganja' (google it yourself, hihi) and soybean drinks (which i'm going to share here) for dessert.

The soybean shop is located at the corner of the road. I was actually at first, pissed off with those line-up cars parking right at the corner of junction. I almost started to curse, but in a few minutes time, we were already in front of the shop. It was a typical old Chinese shop located just by the busy street. A young man (the waiter) moved from car to car and took order. I was totally blur on what to order, so i ended up soybean with grass jelly which my friend ordered for me.

Funny Name!

The waiter taking order from the car window.

The drink was so refreshing! We can finish the drink in just 5 minutes. After paying the drinks, we drove off to give way to the next line-up cars. It was worth the experience!

Lots of luv,
